Baramulla, Feb 04: An elderly woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Shalimar Colony, Sopore, this evening.
Sources said that an elderly woman (name withheld) was discovered in a pool of blood inside her home, triggering suspicion.
Following the incident, a police team along with forensic experts reached the spot to collect evidence and ascertain the cause of death.
Police have launched an investigation into the matter, and further details are awaited.
