SIU produces chargesheet against three terrorists, one associate in NIA Court Pulwama

Srinagar, March 25 (KF): State Investigation Unit (SIU) on Monday produced chargesheet against three terrorists and their associate under UAPA Act in a designated NIA Court Pulwama.

“SIU Pulwama produces chargesheet in case FIR No. 260/2023 of Police Station Pulwama under sections18, 20, 38, 39 & 40 UAPA Act against 03 terrorists namely Ehsan Ul Haq Sheikh son of Abdul Rasheed Sheikh resident of Murran Pulwama, Owais Feroz Mir son of Feroz Ahmad Mir resident of Frestabal Pampore A/P PoK and Abrar-ul-Islam resident of Pakistan, and a terrorist associate namely Ishtiyaq Nazir Dar son of Nazir Ahmad Dar resident of Ashmander Pulwama (presently under custody) before the Hon’ble designated NIA Court Pulwama,” a police spokesperson said.

Moreover, chargesheet against another accused (CCL) Abbas Majeed Parray son of Abdul Majeed Parray resident of Ashmander Pulwama in the same case stands already submitted before the Hon’ble JJB Court Pulwama on 27/12/2023, he added. (KF)
