Renowned Islamic Preacher Gull Mohamad Misger Passes Away in Khwaja Mir Ali, Anantnag

Anantnag, June 01 (KF): An esteemed Islamic preacher, Gull Mohamad Misger, aged 85, son of Ghulam Ahmad Misgar and a resident of Khwaja Mir Ali, Janglatmandi Anantnag, passed away on Sunday morning at his residence following a brief illness.

He was a respected figure in the community and a close associate of the renowned religious scholar, Peer Haji Sheikh Mohamad Abdullah. He was also the paternal uncle of Dr. Nadeem Rashid, a noted surgeon.

The Nimaz-e-Jinaza (funeral prayer) will be offered at Sherbagh today at 02:45 PM.

The news of his demise has been met with deep sorrow in the area. We pray to Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant the departed soul the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, forgive his shortcomings, and bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family. (KF)
