Rain/Snow Continues in J&K, Improvement Expected by Evening

Srinagar, Feb 28 (KF): Light to moderate rain and snowfall are expected to continue in parts of South Kashmir and the Jammu region over the next few hours.

However, a significant improvement in weather conditions is likely from late afternoon or evening on Friday.

According to Meteorological forecasts, dry weather is expected across Jammu and Kashmir on March 1 and 2.

However, another Western Disturbance is set to impact the region from March 3, potentially bringing fresh rain and snowfall.

Authorities have advised travelers and residents in higher reaches to remain cautious due to possible disruptions. (KF)
