Two teenage girls go missing in Kulgam Area, families seek help

Two teen-aged girls have gone missing from south Kashmir’s Kulgam area.

Both the girls are 14 years old and are the residents of Chandian Pajan (Chanderkoot) village of Devsar Tehsil in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.

Sources said that fathers of these teenager girls – Abdul Gafooor and Mohd Hussain khari – filed written complaints at Police Station Qazigund, stating their daughters Munaza Akhter & Rukhsana Jan are missing from their homes since Friday (June 24).

Police took cognizance of these missing reports and registered an FIR under relevant sections of law.

Families have also appealed general public to help them in tracing these two girls. (KF)
