Pedestrian dies after hit by Unknown vehicle at Kenelwan Anantnag

Anantnag, Aug 23 (KF): A pedestrian died after hit by an Unknown vehicle in Chandpora Kenelwan area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

An official told Kashmir First that the pedestrian identified as Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Rather Son of Moma Rather resident of Chandpora Kanelwan Bijbehara was injured when an unknown vehicle hit him near Chandpora this afternoon leaving him grievously injured.

He was immediately shifted to hospital for treatment where doctors declared him brought dead.

Meanwhile Police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation. (KF)
