Man attacked with axe by brother after argument over land dispute in Pattan

Baramulla, Feb 09 (KF): A man was injured after being attacked by his brother following argument over land dispute in KP Payeen village of Pattan area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Saturday afternoon.

An official told that the man identified as Muzaffar Hussain Dar (30) was attacked with axe by his brother Sameer Hussain Dar (19) after heater argument over land dispute.

He said that following the incident Muzaffar was rusher to a nearby hospital, where from he referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.

Police have filed a case and investigation into the matter has been initiated. (KNS)
