Police carries bung destruction drive in Kulgam Areas

Kulgam, Aug 27 (KF): On Saturday Kulgam Police party headed by DySP HQR, Shri Ghulam Muhamad Bhat and SHO Kulgam Irshad Ahmad Reshi carried out a bung destruction drive along with Revenue Department employees and Local-body officials in the jurisdiction of Police station Kulgam destroyed a large part of wild Bung in the area.

Working hard towards the objective of drug free society, Kulgam Police is continuously making unwavering efforts to eradicate this menace.

The locals of the area have hailed the step carried out by Kulgam Police.

Kulgam Police requested the general people to come forward with any information regarding cultivation of contrabands in their neighbourhood and warns stringent action against those whosoever will be found indulging in anti-social activity. (KF)
