‘Hybrid’ militant arrested in Bandipora, says Police

The Government forces on Tuesday claimed to have arrested a “hybrid” militant and recovered arms from his possession in Bandipora.

Official sources told that Government forces including the Jammu Kashmir Police on Tuesday arrested one Mehboob ul Inam, a resident of Nadihal in Baramulla at a checkpoint laid near Papchan in Bandipora.

They said that his disclosure has led to the recovery of incriminating materials, arms/ammunition including 3 AK rifles, 10 Magazines, 380 rounds, 2KGs IED substance, 01 Chinese grenades, etc.

The Police have registered a case in this regard. (KF)
