Anantnag Police Arrested Four Drug Peddlers Along With Contraband Substance

Anantnag, July 20 (KF): Police party from Police Post Janlatmandi laid down a Naka at Bilal Colony Janglatmandi Anantnag and apprahanded three drug peddlers namely 1.Waseem Ahmad Alie S/O Gh Rasool Alie R/O Chaindain Panjan Kulgam 2. Abid Hussain Peer S/O Sheeraj-U- Din Peer R/O Soaf Shali Kokernag 3. Hussain Ahmad Ganie S/O Manzoor Ahmad Ganie R/O Khalhaar Kokernag along with 10 grams Heroin. In this regard case registered and investigation taken up.

According to police another Police Party from Police Station Srigufwara during Naka duty at Achdar Khiram intercepted one person walking towards Khiram carrying a nylon bag on his shoulder, during his search police party recovered about 5 kgs of Bung Bosa and 400 gms of Charas powder from his possession. The accused disclosed his identity as Dilawar Ahmad Khan S/O Khan Zaman R/O Achdar Khiram. The said accused was immediately taken into custody and contraband seized.
