J&K Weather: Brief Wet Spell Today, Mostly Dry Conditions for Rest of the Week

Srinagar, March 11 (KF): Residents of Jammu and Kashmir can expect a varied weather experience this week. There’s a chance of light rain or snow today, March 11th, in some parts of the region according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). Anantnag can expect highs of 59 degrees Fahrenheit (15 degrees Celsius) and lows of 43 degrees Fahrenheit (6 degrees Celsius) today.

Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 12th, the skies are expected to clear up with partly cloudy conditions. However, Wednesday, March 13th, may bring a return of light to moderate rain or snow, along with thunder and gusty winds, impacting many locations across Jammu and Kashmir.

From Thursday, March 14th, and for the remainder of the forecast period ending on Friday, March 22nd, the weather is expected to be generally dry throughout Jammu and Kashmir. (KF)
